Fat Splitting Plant is utilized for conducting hydrolysis reaction of fat or oil under high pressure as well as under high temperature. As part of this reaction, triglycerides of fat or oil comes in contact with water and transformed into glycerol and fatty acids. This specific plant acts as a high pressure single tower system.
It consists of necessary arrangement for pre-heating of fatty matter which is later conveyed to the de-aerator unit controlled by its vacuum.
Its high pressure pump is required for feeding of de-aerated fat to the bottom of the tower. Its bottom section is designed with a heat recovery section where heating of de-aerated fat is done by the available sweet water. In the next step, the processed water is transferred to the uppermost part of the splitting tower through a high pressure pump.
In the heat recovery section located on the top of the tower, the processed water is heated by utilizing released and unrefined fatty acids. We are offering this high pressure splitting tower with temperature controllers.
